iOs can be set up in minutes!- iOs are designed for non technical users to add all their own content (including text, images, documents, links and graphic highlights) and to communicate by email notifications without the need for a webmaster.
- iOs are email enhancing. All the communication of the project or committee can be carried on by email while the iO collects an easily accessible online record. This central archive provides a history for new arrivals to the team, an overview for management, and valuable additional features like an interactive address book, calendar, and document library to organize the email dialogue.
- iOs offer three levels of password security, and are run a Unix server system with redundant back up for catastrophic recovery. Our Unix platform has the advantage of not being a Microsoft NT system that are the primary target of virus attacks.
- iOs are currently by used by city & county government agencies, school districts, human resource consultants & other professionals, and non profit organizations.
An iO package comes at two levels of service:
1. Simple hosting, with just a phone call to help you set up, has an annual cost of $200.
2. Full service set up, is available for an additional one time fee of $300:- setting you up with your logos/images, email addresses and first entries
- integration of your iO's pages into your existing website (if desired)
- telephone training of your designated staff member to be your iO "web pilot"
